This summer litter of pups, “Gracie’s Gig”, were so much fun. They are all with their forever families as of last night. It was hard to let them go, but also wonderful to hear how happy each family is to have their new little one, at last.

Our Gracie is a wonderful mother.  She is happiest when she is in the “motherly way.”  We intend to watch her very carefully in order to give her a good rest. Thanks to our friends Jeff and Chris for this fun video Jeff shot when they visited us on Wednesday August 4th. Watch Fiji, the “cafe au lait” colored pup, sit up like a circus dog at about 18 seconds and again at the 1 minute mark. And notice those erect tails creating a gale-force wind from wagging so fast! These are some happy, healthy dogs. Already getting spoiled. Last night they slept in the Puppy Palace in the family den; today they are at work with Daddy Person playing in the playpen in his front room home office.

As vets will tell you, puppies seem to practice scratching not because they have problems but just because they are puppies. No fleas, just practice.
