ALL of our PUPPIES from the litter called “GRACIE’S JOY” have been placed. We have NO more puppies AVAILABLE. However, stay tuned to our blog- because we have an exciting announcement coming up! Thanks for your interest in our puppies and Hush Harbor Havanese!!
From 5 to 1!
This has been a delightful litter!! Sweet, loving, content and playful…
Four of the five have found their new homes. We now only have Yule, second from the right, that is waiting to find his forever family. Meantime, he will play with Merry/Lucy while she waits for her family to return from their cruise.
Gracie & Poppy- once again you gave us beautiful Havanese puppies! Thank you.
Lucy is adorable!
We are hearing good news about little Merry, now called Lucy. Here is what her new family has to say:
“Just wanted to thank you for raising the most adorable, happy and good tempered puppy ever. Lucy is amazing. The whole neighborhood is in love with her. Everyone came over with toys, just like a baby shower. She loves to leap through the grass in our yard. Lucy is the perfect puppy. Please feel free to give our names as a reference any time. Again, many thanks”.
Meet Lucy, formerly called Merry!
Lucy will be flying to her new home in Florida Tuesday morning. Her new mommy & Daddy persons just returned from their cruise. While she has waited for them this week, Lucy has had a lot of fun learning how to be a puppy from her incredible Momma Gracie. An amazing process to watch. It will be a long drive home from the airport tomorrow but we are happy for Lucy and our new friends, Norm & Linda.
Meet Buddy- formerly known as Nicholas!
Here is an update on how little Nicholas is doing. He has now been with his new family for several days and the report is great!!
We are hearing good reports about Yule, now named Dasher!!
Little Yule traveled to his new home yesterday. We will miss his playful & loving spirit, but know that he will make his new family VERY happy.
While he was the last puppy sold, he is not the last to leave us.
Miss Merry will have a few more days with us. Her momma Gracie continues to teach & care for her.
Sweet little Carol is on her way home!!!
Tomorrow will be a busy day for us. Carol is also flying to her new home. She will live with her new Mommy & Daddy persons who have been waiting for her since before Christmas!! She will move, with them, back & forth between their homes in NM and Arizona.
Nicholas is flying home tomorrow morning.
Nicholas will be flying to Boston tomorrow where he will meet his new family. His boy is named Nicholas so the pup is waiting to learn what his new name will be. We are excited that Nicholas, the boy, will have such a wonderful pup. It’s always hard for us to say goodbye to these pups, but it gives us a real joy to know that they are becoming a part of a family forever !! We will miss you sweet Nickie!!
Yule is the only puppy available from our litter now. He has reached 3 pounds and remains just as playful and fun as ever. As you can see on his forelegs and face, he is becoming lighter and the black is now highlights rather than his main color.
Pups from Gracie’s past litters with his markings appear to be white or cream with black tips on ears beard and tail as they mature. (We just got pictures of Ginger- from Gracie’s Spring Bouquet. She looked exactly like Yule when she was his age. Now, she is a darling little white with black on her ears, beard & tail.) Yule may remain more carmel rather than white. He is very pretty now and will, no doubt, change in appearance dramatically by the time he is full grown. We estimate that he will remain small at 7-9 pounds. He just turned 9 weeks so he is ready to leave us and go to his new family. Give me a call to talk about this little guy!!
Little Merry is going to Florida!
Merry At Play
Once or twice a day, we let the pups have supervised playtime in the Living Room. They are supervised by all our adult Havanese as well as both Mommie Person and Daddy Person – the living room is also our home office!
Merry is still available!
Baby girl Merry is our only female left as available from this litter. She is small and I expect she will remain peitie for her whole life averaging between 7-9 pounds. Like her Momma Gracie, she has copper highlights in her black coat. She also has her Momma’s white chin, toe tips and chest. She is very affectionate but can also keep up with the largest of the litter, her big brother Nicholas. She will be ready to travel to her new home next week.
Yule is still AVAILABLE
At 8 weeks old our smallest male, Yule, is growing and learning how to be a dog. He is eating dry puppy food and is weaned. He still likes to play with his Momma Gracie and can stir up lots of fun with his litter mates. He is a precious and fun little guy. He will more than likely mature to be 7-9 pounds as an adult, just like his Poppy.
